My Neighbours Kid Wants A Beginners Drum Kit, Help!!!

Ok so Billy my neighbors kid wants a beginners drum kit so that he can drive me round the bend during the weekends by making as much noise possible with two sticks, now I am a good neighbor and Billy is a good boy when he's not throwing eggs at my window so I thought I'd help him out by making sure he made the best starter drum set choice possible.
